Thraximundar demands a sacrifice! Or several.

Killiam Miller requested a deck that will make its opponents "suffer." Every time an opponent sacrifices a creature, Thranximundar gets even bigger, eventually growing strong enough to one-shot your opponents. If you do your job well, they won't have a single creature left to chump block your 21/21 Zombie Assassin.

The suffering starts early with Fleshbag Marauder, Barter in Blood and Plaguecrafter. Cards like Dreadhorde Invasion and Cauldron of Souls will ensure that you have plenty of disposable fodder while your opponents are losing their boards. Once Thraximundar comes down, it's time to unleash even more agony with Vona's Hunger, Archfiend of Depravity and Eldrazi with annihilator.

Only when your opponents have nothing left will Thraximundar grant them the mercy of death. Muahaha.
