War of the Spark gave us a lot of busted cards, but it also gave us a janky Modern combo that has mostly slipped under the radar.

Ugin's Conjurant is, potentially, zero-mana Spirit. Why does that matter? Well, it's the first creature we've seen that combos with Celestial Kirin to destroy every land on the battlefield.

With our two-card Modern Armageddon, we can freeze the board in place the moment we have a sizable advantage. In this deck, that advantage comes from ten white and red planeswalkers, including Nahiri, the Harbinger who's bringing everyone's favorite Sneak Attack target Emrakul, the Aeons Torn.

To back up this Stax strategy, we're also running Boom // Bust, Stone Rain and Chalice of the Void, so our planeswalkers can work unimpeded. Finally, indestructable lands (Darksteel Citadel, Cascading Cataracts) and mana rocks (Boros Signet, Talisman of Conviction) ensure we recover from Kirinageddon much faster than our opponent.
